$50 Website subscription terms

Billing

The plan is $50 per month with no setup fee. Your first payment covers your first month and is charged at signup.

You're billed automatically on the same day each month through Stripe until you cancel. Optional add-ons are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Google Review Autopilot is an additional $10/month. Google Business Profile setup or reoptimization is a one-time $50.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we'll notify you and retry. If it stays unpaid, your website and dashboard may be paused until the balance is resolved.

Cancellation

There's no long-term contract — cancel anytime by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; except under the 7-Day Risk-Free Start below, payments already made aren't refunded for partial months.

When the subscription ends, the website goes offline.

7-Day Risk-Free Start

If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date, we'll refund your initial $50 website subscription payment.

The 7-day period starts on the original purchase date and doesn't reset or extend for the website launch date, revisions, delays in providing information or assets, domain connection or any later milestone.

After a refunded cancellation, future website billing stops and the website goes offline. The website remains owned by Tech Turtle, and website source files and code aren't transferred.

The refund covers the initial $50 website payment only. Completed one-time services (such as Google Business Profile setup), separately purchased custom work, completed add-ons and third-party costs aren't refundable once work has been performed, where applicable.

Ownership

You own your business name, logo, photos and content you provide. Tech Turtle owns and maintains the website system, design, code, hosting and platform.

Your website isn't transferred or exported when you cancel, except through the optional Website Ownership Buyout for contractor plan subscriptions described below.

Optional Website Ownership Buyout (contractor plan)

This optional buyout applies to subscriptions started through Tech Turtle's contractor website offer. Buying out is never required — you can stay on the monthly plan for as long as you like.

Anytime after your website is completed, you can buy ownership of it for a flat, one-time $2,500. The price stays the same no matter how long you've been subscribed, subject to the agreed plan terms. Request it from your client dashboard; it's a request, not an automatic charge, and we confirm the details with you before any payment.

The buyout transfers ownership of your completed website and the transferable website-specific source code and assets that Tech Turtle owns or has the right to transfer.

It does not include Tech Turtle's proprietary CRM software, customer dashboard platform, internal tools or infrastructure, or licensed third-party assets that can't legally be transferred.

Previous $50/month subscription payments do not count toward the buyout price.

Hosting, maintenance and future updates are not included in the buyout. Afterwards you're responsible for them unless you separately purchase ongoing service.

Continued access to Tech Turtle's CRM and dashboard requires an applicable active subscription. Your website and the CRM are separate products.

Domain transfer depends on who registered and owns the domain, registrar rules, any applicable transfer fees and any existing agreement. Domains you own stay yours. A domain Tech Turtle registered isn't automatically included; see the Domains section.

If you'd rather not buy out, you can cancel anytime under the normal subscription terms. Without a completed buyout, the website goes offline when the subscription ends.

Domains

If Tech Turtle acquires a domain for you, Tech Turtle owns and manages it while you're subscribed. If you cancel, you may purchase the domain for $50.

If you already own your domain, it stays yours and you keep control of it.

Build timeline

Websites are usually live within 72 hours after Tech Turtle receives the information, photos and approvals needed to build. Delays in providing information delay launch.

Changes

The initial build and one round of pre-launch revisions are included. After launch, changes are $50 each, with a maximum of one change request per month.

Dashboard, leads and data

Leads, appointment requests and Book Now clicks are kept in your dashboard for 24 months. Lead sources are shown where they can be detected.

An appointment request isn't a confirmed booking, and a Book Now click isn't a confirmed booking.

Google services

Google controls Business Profile eligibility, verification, approval, suspensions and reinstatement. Tech Turtle can't guarantee any of them.

Review Autopilot responds to new Google reviews automatically. It doesn't create, request, incentivize, filter or remove reviews.

No guaranteed results

Tech Turtle doesn't guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, search rankings or AI visibility.

Acceptable use

Tech Turtle may decline or end service for illegal, deceptive or harmful businesses or content.
